Within Australia 

Call Me Cutie Kids offers flat rate postage charges for delivery within Australia via  TOLL, TNT and Australia Post, so there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout.  All orders are sent with tracking numbers and require a signature as proof of delivery, unless alternative arrangements have been made between both parties.

Shipping Charges   

- $9.95 - Standard Shipping Australia wide, delivered in 3-5 business days*

- $14.95 - Express Shipping 1-2 business days*

*NOTE: This applies to all clothing. Large boxed items will be charged at $9.95 for each additional item.

* LOCAL PICKUP - FREE

We are located in Tumut NSW 2720 so any local pick up orders can be requested at checkout. Once order is placed, send us a direct message via email info@callmecutie.com.au and we can work out a collect time. Alternatively we will be in contact once we have processed your order. 

* Note: All orders placed after 12:00pm (AEST) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the coming Monday

* Note: Please allow 5 -7 business days for deliveries to Western Australia and outlying regional areas

* Note: If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us by phone or email and we will follow it up for you

We do not post internationally! Sorry! 

Incorrect delivery address/returned parcels 

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, additional postage charges will be incurred to resend the parcel to the correct address.

Returns

Wrong size?  Changed your mind? Not completely happy with your purchase?

No problem. We want you to be 100% happy with your Call me Cutie Kids purchase and will gladly refund, credit or exchange all items within 14 days of purchase. (Customer to pay return postage and postage costs to resend item/s).

All items returned must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and contents intact.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days of the customer receiving their order.
